About the Role

We’re looking for driven and energetic Outbound Sales Representatives to join our team You’ll be on the frontlines connecting with potential and existing customers, building relationships, and turning conversations into sales opportunities.

What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls to promote products, services, or special offers
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product/service information
  • Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions
  • Follow up on leads, maintain a pipeline of prospects, and nurture ongoing relationships
  • Accurately update records using CRM tools and call center software

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or call center work (within Sales)
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Confident, persuasive, and resilient personality
  • Basic technical literacy (CRM tools, software, MS Office)
  • Target-driven mindset with a proactive attitude
  • Experience with AU/US clients is a plus
