The FusionNode Cybersecurity Development Program is an exclusive, full-time, immersive training experience designed to transform high-potential graduates into job-ready cybersecurity professionals. This accelerated pathway bridges the gap between academic theory and real-world practice, equipping you with the in-demand skills needed to defend against modern digital threats.

Responsibilities
  • Attend and actively participate in all scheduled training sessions, workshops, and SOC simulations.
  • Complete assigned learning modules, projects, and deliverables on time and to required standards.
  • Apply cybersecurity concepts in practical scenarios such as threat detection and incident response.
  • Collaborate effectively with peers while upholding FusionNode security policies and professional conduct.
  • Document progress, seek feedback, and continuously improve technical and soft skills.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor\'s Degree in Electronics Engineering (ECE), Computer Engineering (CpE), Information Technology (IT), Computer Science (CS), or a related computer/technology field.
  • Ability to commit to a full-time, in-person training schedule in Batangas City.
  • A functional laptop for the duration of the program (Bring Your Own Device - BYOD).
  • A demonstrated passion for technology and a habit of continuous, self-led learning.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • A resilient and growth-oriented mindset.
