The People and Culture Coordinator (PH) manages the entire employee lifecycle. A core function of this role is leading the full life cycle of the employees. You are responsible for maintaining compliance standards, ensuring that all practices are legally compliant with the Philippine Labor Law. Furthermore, you will manage all P&C administration, oversee the effective implementation of policies, and drive vibrant employee engagement programs that contribute to our supportive and high-performing culture. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Manages the full recruitment lifecycle, handling sourcing, screening, hiring, background checks, medical exam, required documentation, and new hire equipment issuance. Employee Engagement: Oversees the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, actively planning and executing virtual and in-person events to boost team morale and culture. Performance Management: Facilitates and supports the performance review process. Employee Relations: Manages employee relations by ensuring policy compliance, providing necessary counseling and official notices, and overseeing due process procedures. Compliance: Ensures regulatory compliance with Philippine labor laws and maintains the accuracy and integrity of all sensitive data across systems. Policy & Records Management: Creates and manages the lifecycle of company policies while maintaining accurate and confidential records in the system. Administration: Handles a wide range of essential general P&C administrative duties and ad‑hoc operational tasks as needed. Communication & Coordination: Serves as the primary point of contact for all staff concerns in the Philippines, facilitating clear and timely communication with managers and partners. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related business field. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Legal Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code and current DOLE regulations. Recruitment Mastery: Proven experience managing full‑cycle Talent Acquisition (TA). Employee Relations (ER): Demonstrated skill in independently managing employee relations, conducting investigations, facilitating counseling, and handling sensitive issues. Administration & Tech: Proficient in MS Office and HR tools/software. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, objectivity, and organizational skills, with a strong ability to build trust and maintain strict confidentiality. Remote Preparedness Stable Internet Connection and backup in case of connection disruption. Backup in case of an electricity outage. Designated work area at home. Willing to work remotely. Reminders This is a full‑time, 5‑month probationary role leading to regular employment in the 6th month based on performance. (This is NOT a part‑time or freelance or independent contractor role) Must be a resident of the Philippines.
