About the Role As the regional creative marketing team transitions into becoming a global team, the volume and complexity of creative and marketing projects have and will continue to grow significantly. The Project Management Assistant will support the Senior Marketing Operations Manager in tracking, organising, and managing creative and marketing projects. This role ensures that projects run smoothly, deadlines are met, and performance data is accurately reported. The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail‑oriented, and has hands‑on experience in project management software, preferably Asana. This role is designed to own the coordination and administrative tasks that currently create bottlenecks – ensuring work is assigned promptly, progress is visible, and each team member can focus on producing high‑quality work. Responsibilities Support the allocation and tracking of creative and marketing tasks in Asana. Monitor project progress and proactively flag overdue or at‑risk deliverables. Ensure reviews, approvals, and feedback loops are completed in a timely manner. Maintain and optimise Asana boards, workflows, and automations to ensure clarity, accuracy, and usability across the global marketing team. Track a wide range of marketing projects, from large‑scale product launches to smaller initiatives such as brochures, social content, email campaigns, and print collateral. Generate and maintain regular reports on project progress, KPIs, and creative output, including simple dashboards in Excel. Support communication to maintain alignment and momentum across projects. Ensure updates, dependencies, and changes are clearly documented and shared internally. Provide administrative and project management support to ensure all projects run smoothly and deadlines are met. Process Management & Improvement Help maintain and refine established project management workflows and templates. Identify opportunities to improve project tracking, reporting, and internal communication efficiency. Support ongoing optimisation of Asana as the central workflow tool for the global creative team. Competencies and Qualifications Must‑Have 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably within marketing or product marketing. Strong organisational and time‑management skills. Excellent attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Hands‑on experience with Asana, including understanding of automations and complex project structures. Competency in Excel for reporting and simple dashboard creation. Basic creative understanding to facilitate collaboration with marketing and creative teams. Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively. Nice‑to‑Have Experience in global or cross‑functional team environments. Asana platform certification is a plus but not required.
