Overview

As a Social Media Specialist at Outpost Specialty Concepts, Inc., you will play a key role in shaping the company's online presence and engagement across various social media platforms. This full-time position is based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, offering the opportunity to contribute to the company's digital and search marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging social media content strategies to enhance the company's brand awareness and online following
  • Create, curate, and schedule compelling social media posts, including text, visuals, and videos, to effectively communicate the company's message
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the performance of campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices, and incorporate them into the company's digital strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand presence across all digital channels
Qualifications
  • At least 1 or 2 years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry in a similar supporting role (Social Media Associate, Social Media Specialist, Social Media Manager, Social Media Moderator)
  • Possesses strong knowledge and experience in managing Meta-based social media accounts (Instagram and Facebook) as well as other branding platforms, with a focus on maintaining consistent brand identity, driving engagement, and expanding online presence
  • Able to generate high-quality, engaging content in both photo and video formats, tailored to effectively communicate messages and capture audience attention across various platforms
  • Highly motivated and results-driven with strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure; demonstrates excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities, ensuring deadlines are consistently met while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Demonstrates strong critical thinking and the ability to embrace challenges, combining creativity with analytical thinking to develop effective solutions and innovative ideas
  • Full-time onsite role based in Mandaluyong area
