As a Business Associate Trainee at Boston Scientific, you will be part of a dynamic commercial team tackling meaningful healthcare challenges. Over 12 months, you’ll gain hands-on experience in both market research and sales , supporting our mission to advance science for life. You will learn how to understand market trends, customer behaviours, and competitor landscapes while participating in sales calls, customer meetings, and product demonstrations. Under supervision, you’ll help manage existing customers, support market development, and contribute to achieving sales targets across your assigned region.

Training, Development & Rotations

Boston Scientific offers a structured learning experience designed to help you grow both professionally and personally. You’ll receive:

  • On-the-job and classroom training covering both technical knowledge and soft skills.
  • Mentorship from experienced sales leaders who will guide your development throughout the program.
  • Opportunities to rotate across different regions and functions , allowing you to gain exposure to multiple business areas and build a strong foundation in the medical technology industry.
Salary & Benefits
  • Monthly Stipend : Competitive, based on minimum wage and varies by city.
  • Completion Bonuses :
  • 1 month’s minimum wage after 6 months, subject to good performance.
  • 1 additional month’s minimum wage after completing 12 months, also performance-based.
  • Insurance & statutory benefits in line with local regulations.
  • Travel allowance up to PHP 10,000 per month , subject to approval and receipts.

High-performing trainees may be offered full-time roles at the end of the program, depending on performance and business needs.
