You’ll plan, execute, and scale ad campaigns across Google and Meta , managing budgets between $25K–$50K per month . What You’ll Work On Campaign Strategy and Execution Build, launch, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager Manage pacing, budgets, and performance to hit ROI and CPA targets Partner with creatives to test new ad formats, audiences, and copy angles Performance Analysis Track results through GA4, Meta Business Suite, and Looker Studio Analyze performance data to identify trends and scale what’s working Maintain accurate conversion tracking and reporting systems Align strategies with account managers and creative teams Share campaign insights and actionable recommendations Document experiments and optimization learnings What You Bring 4+ years of experience running paid campaigns on Google and Meta Deep understanding of performance metrics, attribution, and optimization Skilled in GA4, Looker Studio for data analysis Comfortable managing $25K–$50K monthly ad spend Clear communicator with strong attention to detail Organized, analytical, and proactive about testing and iteration Nice to Have Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for ideation and workflow automation Background in performance or agency marketing Familiarity with automation scripts or optimization tools How to Apply Please include: Your updated resume highlighting paid campaign experience A 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself and sharing your most successful campaign Only complete applications with a Loom video will be reviewed.
