
Training and People Partner

We're looking for a Training and People Partner to deliver a seamless and impactful onboarding experience, drive early-stage staff performance, and support continuous development for tenured staff. This remote role ensures staff performance aligns with client expectations while promoting a positive, values-driven culture throughout the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Onboarding & Orientation – Facilitate cultural training and Day 1 kick-off sessions.
- Send welcome emails and login credentials on time.
- Act as the main point of contact for onboarding concerns.
- Performance Monitoring – Track staff progress at key intervals (Week 2, Week 10, and Day 0–31).
- Reinforce company values through refresher sessions.
- Prepare and present performance reports, analyze trends, and recommend improvements.
- Provide clients with consistent progress and experience updates.
- Training Design & Delivery – Develop effective training materials and process improvement modules.
- Facilitation & Execution – Lead engaging sessions for new hires and tenured staff.
- Employee Engagement – Drive initiatives that boost communication, culture, and productivity.
- Coaching & Development – Support staff growth aligned with client goals.
- Experience – Strong background in training, onboarding, and performance tracking (remote experience preferred).
- Communication – Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Tech Proficiency – Skilled in Zoom, Google Meet, Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets/Forms, Looker.
- Organization & Initiative – Highly organized, proactive, and effective at multitasking in a remote setup.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Psychology, or related field.
- Experience in training, onboarding, or employee development (remote setup preferred).
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Comfortable with virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Google Suite, Canva).
- Organized and proactive in managing multiple priorities.
