Permanent role. This position partners with managers to execute HR strategies focusing on Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and Labor Relations for the vessel division.

Responsibilities

• Talent Management
• Partner with Business Unit Head in managing talent management and development, including establishing career paths, building internal & external pipelines, and aligning training plans.
• Coach and support key leaders in creating robust development plans that meet business needs.
• Ensure execution of processes that build a stronger organization; manage and align succession and retention planning.
• Coordinate with Talent Management Specialist to execute talent strategies supporting growth objectives.
• Identify and assess organization effectiveness; lead management of organizational changes and manage employees’ expectations to minimize resistance.

• Employee Engagement
• Plan and develop activities to promote motivation and engagement levels among employees.

• Talent Acquisition
• Manage and monitor department-approved headcount; track resignations and terminations; validate additional headcount requests based on budget and workload; assist in securing approvals; monitor hiring success; address hiring challenges with TA team and Hiring Manager; negotiate offers.

• Compensation & Benefits
• Initiate discussions to standardize Rewards & Recognition; review compensation for new hires and key talents for adjustments; conduct calibration with functional heads on Performance Evaluation and Bonus plans; ensure smooth Benefits Administration in partnership with Shared Services.

• Labor Relations
• Facilitate LR strategies and ensure industrial peace; review incident reports and issue notices; facilitate mediation and policy updates; partner with Corporate Legal to ensure due process.

• Exit Management
• Facilitate exit interviews; review clearance for final pay endorsement to Total Rewards.

Requirements

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in Human Resources, with prior HRBP experience.
• Preferably FMCG or Shipping industry experience.
• Excellent account management, communication, and presentation skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong confidentiality; leadership and people management.
