Overview

Merchandise Planner - Fashion/Apparel. We are seeking a strategic and analytical Merchandise Planner to drive our fashion/apparel business forward. The ideal candidate will have expertise in inventory planning, trend analysis, and sales forecasting to optimize product assortment, maximize profitability, and ensure the right products reach customers at the right time.

Location: Makati, Philippines

Work Mode: Flexible office & remote

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute merchandise plans and buying strategies
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast demand
  • Optimize inventory levels and product assortment
  • Monitor margins and profitability across product categories
  • Collaborate with buying, design, and retail teams
  • Track performance metrics and adjust plans accordingly
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of merchandise planning experience in fashion/apparel
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/planning tools
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and consumer behavior
  • Experience with inventory management and forecasting
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
