Responsibilities
  • Over-all responsible for tracking, forecasting, analyzing real-time management and planning of assigned operations volume, headcount requirements, shrinkage, attrition, and handle time.
  • Provides direction and guidance to the Workforce Management team.
  • Forecast seating requirements per Operations stream based on current manpower and upcoming needs.
  • Utilizes a designed capacity template and validates seating projections using current maximum manpower deployment based on schedules.
  • Ensures that Operations personnel have available seats during their shifts.
  • Coordinates with all stakeholders on Workforce findings that need immediate addressing such as manpower requirement, start and live dates of trainees, system downtimes and troubleshooting.
  • Identify opportunities for business improvement to optimize cost efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in any related course.
  • 7-10 years’ experience in Workforce Management for Operations, preferably for financial institution account.
  • Experience in forecasting and able to handle a minimum of 500 full-time employees.
  • Solid knowledge of manual forecasting and scheduling.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, people, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong people management capability.
  • Flexible in rotational/shifting schedule.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management at multiple levels.
  • Amenable to work in Ortigas, Mandaluyong.
