Overview

Ensure cash flow and profitability of the area assigned and of the company as a whole. The Finance Officer is expected to have strategic budgeting and projecting skills and can effectively communicate the financial result to the intended users.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Implement and adhere to the company's financial procedures and policies;
  • Prepare regular financial reports and assist in the presentation of reports to managers and key stakeholders such as but not limited to: Finance Scoreboard, Bank Reconciliation, Cash Flow and Profit & Loss
  • Analyze financial information for trends and errors, and give recommendations
  • Create and adhere to budgets for specific departments, projects, and business needs
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of the organizational process
  • Complete administrative tasks, such as filling out paperwork and filing financial records
  • Find solutions to discrepancies by working with other employees and correcting any erroneous information or calculations
  • Is expected to suggest more efficient and more effective methods for tracking financial data
  • Maintain the confidentiality of all financial records and company data
  • Supporting the management with projects and tasks when required
  • Expected to uphold the company culture and to help the company fulfill its vision
  • Systems Improvement and Kaizen
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field .
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and execution planning.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in financial reporting, compliance, and strategic planning.
  • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
