Overview

Nezda Technologies Inc. is hiring Senior Order Management Analyst.

Salary: Up to P45,000

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Order Fulfillment, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • Must have experience in end-to-end order fulfillment process (from Receipt of Purchase Order, SAP Encoding of Orders, Stocks Availability/Inventory Monitoring, Monitoring of Products in Transit, and On Time and In Full Delivery) managing goods.
  • Must have experience in closely collaborating with different cross functional teams (supply chain, sales team, logistics, etc.) to ensure on time and in full delivery of goods.
  • Must have at least 1 year experience managing direct reports. Preferably as a Team Lead.
  • Must have very strong verbal and written English Communication skills.
  • Must have strong exposure/understanding of Stocks Availability and Shelf-Life management.
  • Must be amenable to work in a Hybrid Setup and on a Night Shift schedule.
  • Open to Contract Based Job.
Job Description / Responsibilities
  • Order Management.
  • Manage end to end order to invoice cycle of assigned accounts including checking of credit, inventory status, delivery schedules.
  • Manage the delivery of KPIs -- order entry, container utilization, On time Delivery, Case Fill Rate, Shelf Life.
  • Lead investigation and issue resolution on order-related issues. Coordinate with key stakeholders and service providers to address immediate issues and put in place corrective actions.
  • Closely coordinate with warehouse, planners, supply chain and commercial teams to requests, feedback and support needed to execute orders.
