The Site CSR is primarily responsible for making outbound calls to and accepting inbound calls from healthcare providers to answer questions about participation requirements, assistance with registration and login, assessment completion, and scoring results inquiries.
- Must have an active PRC License
- 2 years of Bedside / Clinical experience
- Preferably with 6 months of BPO Healthcare Account experience
- Temporary Work-From-Home
