NetSuite Functional Consultant (WFH/ Day Shift) Create and modify saved searches, reports, dashboards and KPIs. Create and manage configuration changes to fields, workflows, roles/permissions, dashboards, forms and other customizations. Lead requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into NetSuite configurations. Develop and execute test plans, UAT, and end-user training. Manage documentation of key operational processes. Troubleshoot issues between NetSuite and third‑party solutions, specifically related to billing. Ensure compliance with NetSuite best practices and industry standards. Participate in the development and implementation of NetSuite-related projects. About you – what we are looking for: 4+ years of experience in NetSuite ERP implementations or functional consulting. Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules and business process design. Experience with P2P, O2C, and R2R processes. Comfortable creating and testing processes, documentation development and end‑user training. Ability to collate and report on large sets of data methodically and clearly. Strong understanding of billing, payments, A/R, general ledger and reporting. Combined skillset of technical, business and financial capabilities. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with ability to work across functions, locations and seniority. Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines. Confident in troubleshooting and problem‑solving ad‑hoc issues in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
