About the Program: ASG Platform, a fast-growing US-based tech company with operations in the Philippines, is offering a 2-Year Developer Residency Program designed for individuals with a strong coding foundation who want to fast-track their careers. This is NOT a beginner-level bootcamp. It’s a structured, paid residency program combining real-world coding projects, mentorship, and career preparation for long-term success in software development. Who Should Apply? We’re looking for: - Aspiring software developers with existing programming experience - Career shifters or fresh grads from bootcamps, CS degrees, or self-learning backgrounds - Filipino citizens based in the Philippines - Individuals available for full-time, remote participation for 2 years Requirements: - Solid coding background (no beginners) - Full-time availability — no other jobs, clients, or side gigs allowed - Personal PC or laptop with stable internet - Strong problem-solving mindset and commitment to learning - Willingness to work night shift (PH Time: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Mon–Fri) Residency Program Structure: Phase 1 (Months 1–6): Foundations & Core Programming Concepts Phase 2 (Months 7–18): Advanced Projects & Specializations Phase 3 (Months 19–24): Final Capstone Projects & Career Preparation Top performers may be invited to join ASG's full-time team earning ₱100K+/month.
