Overview
Yondu, Inc. is seeking a Scrum Master (Project Manager) to support multiple clients and projects by facilitating retrospective meetings and ensuring prioritized retrospective points are met to the customer\'s satisfaction. The role involves coaching scrum teams in sprint reviews and planning, milestone tracking, daily stand-up meetings, and collaboration with engineering, product management, and quality control to ensure project delivery per specifications. Ensures team follows Scrum methodology and remains productive and growing.
Responsibilities- Facilitates daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings.
- Manages the project releases, sprints, and possible impediments.
- Assists in creating a release plan and helps maintain the prioritized project/product backlog.
- Tracks and communicates team velocity and sprint progress to all stakeholders and management.
- Education – Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Related work experience – at least 2 years as a Scrum Master.
- Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum) and software development lifecycle.
- Experience in handling web and mobile applications.
- Certifications are a plus (Professional Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Master).
