We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Procurement & Supply Chain Delivery team at various levels—from Assistant Consultant to Assistant Director . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and delivering complex, IT-enabled transformation programs within Procurement and Supply Chain, while driving operational excellence and strategic outcomes for global clients. Key Responsibilities Delivery Management: Oversee and manage delivery execution across Procurement & Supply Chain engagements, ensuring alignment with client expectations, project scope, and organizational standards. Solution Support: Contribute to solution design, estimation, proposal preparation, and participate in client presentations and orals. Performance Management: Drive key delivery metrics including utilization, revenue growth, and margin improvement across assigned accounts or programs. Program Leadership: Lead and execute Procurement & Supply Chain transformation programs across Greenfield, Brownfield, and Bluefield implementations. Collaboration: Work closely with regional teams, member firms, and global hubs to ensure seamless multi-geography delivery. Capability Development: Build and enhance delivery capabilities within the Procurement & Supply Chain practice through effective resourcing, coaching, and skills development. Governance & Compliance: Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks to ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory, and quality standards. Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders through proactive communication and effective governance. Mandatory Technical & Functional Skills Strong expertise in Procurement & Supply Chain transformation and strategy across multiple industries. Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex IT-enabled programs in Procurement & Supply Chain. Hands‑on experience with delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid frameworks. Working knowledge of leading Procurement & Supply Chain platforms and SaaS solutions (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, o9, Blue Yonder ). Familiarity with emerging digital and automation technologies , including business AI and digital procurement platforms. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
