Job Title – Technical Support Location: EGBC, AntipoloKey Responsibilities• Troubleshoot and Resolve Microsoft Consumer web support tickets/requests related to Microsoft Surface and OneDrive.• Log , prioritize, and track incidents and service requests using the designated ticketing system.• Assist users with common tasks and functionalities within the supported applications.• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the L2 Support team (Senior IT Executive) with detailed information.• Contribute to the Knowledgebase by documenting common issues and solutions.• Support the Handover-Takeover (HOTO) process by learning application functionalities and support procedures.Microsoft Surface Support:• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues (e.g., touchscreens, batteries, OS errors, driver conflicts).• Guide users through repairs, warranty claims, or replacements.• Troubleshoot peripheral connectivity (Surface Pens, Docks, displays).• Provide remote support using advanced tools for real-time issue resolution. OneDrive Support:• Address sync errors, file access, sharing permissions, and storage management.• Assist with account setup, migration, and integration with Microsoft 365 apps.• Resolve security concerns (authentication, data recovery, backup strategies).• Educate users on features like version history and collaboration tools. Required Qualifications• Education: Any Graduation, preferably in Computer Science or a related field.• Experience: 1-5 Years of relevant experience in supporting Microsoft Surface / OneDrive.Desired Skills & Competencies• Soft Skills: Excellent written communication and customer service skills; Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities; Ability to follow instructions and documented procedures.
