Ensures all records in recruitment systems and databases are correct and up-to-date, notes reflect verified information (availability date, expected wage, attributes). Administers and controls recruitment tests and assessment arrangements for candidates, including generation of test links and reports, communication with support teams. Attends queries from candidates. Accommodates administrative tasks from recruitment team members (paperwork, documents screening, experience verification, background checks). Participates in cold calling campaigns on request. Updates agencies and recruitment events spreadsheets. Creates job postings and advertises vacancies on approved channels and platforms, adhering to V. branding standards. Creates post templates, generates post links and QR codes for advertising. Administers regional / sectorial social media accounts. Participates in local recruitment events aimed at candidate attraction. Attends one-to-one and team meetings with local recruitment team leadership. Deputizes for Recruitment Officer (except for Leisure). Performs efficiently within defined KPIs, PIs and productivity ratios. Undertakes all hiring activities observing local employment legislation, international conventions and regulations, V.Group ethics and values, Policies, Processes and Recruitment Strategy. Performs other reasonable recruitment-related duties as assigned by the line manager. Key performance indicators Efficient and timely completion of assigned deliverables. Achieving and where possible exceeding KPIs and other targets. Overall positive feedback from stakeholders. What can I expect in return?
