Duties and Responsibilities Assist Client Advisors and Tax Managers with client tax estimates Prepare assigned tax returns Prepare year-end accounting and adjustments needed to prepare business tax returns Research tax notices and prepare resolutions as needed Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documentation Collaborate with management to review accounting, tax, and payroll processes for assigned clients Attend required meetings and actively collaborate through the firm’s communication and project management systems Contribute suggestions for process improvements and support ongoing enhancements to firm operations Perform additional responsibilities and projects as assigned; duties may evolve over time Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in US tax preparation Experience in Ultratax and QBO is a plus Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Additional Requirements Reliable, stable and high-speed internet Work environment: secluded workstation to ensure private and distraction-free space Description of Ideal Candidate Eager to Learn and Likes to Grow - You have an insatiable curiosity and a passion for self-improvement.
