Position: Associate Director, Regulatory Transformation and Governance Company Industry: Financial Services Industry Location: Quezon City Salary Offer: Php 60,000 - Php 100,000 Work Schedule: Flexible Work Set Up: Hybrid Setup (3x Onsite, 2x WFH) Job Requirements: ✨Bachelor’s Degree. ✨With at least 7 years of experience in compliance, strategic planning, and program/project management. ✨Experience project management, policy governance, and business continuity is an advantage. ✨Amenable to work in Quezon City ✨Amenable to work on a hybrid set-up (3x a week onsite) Job Responsibilities: ✨Provide strategic leadership and oversight for global regulatory initiatives. ✨Act as a senior advisor and represent the regulatory function in key forums. ✨Oversee the lifecycle of compliance policies, ensuring timely updates and implementation. ✨Develop and manage compliance organizational resiliency (COR) programs. ✨Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and manage regulator engagement activities.
