BRAGAIS Shoes is looking for a Local Pageant Partnership Program (LPPP) Sales Executive that is dynamic, organized, and people-oriented to lead, manage, and grow our brand presence across local pageants nationwide. The LPPP Sales Executive will be in charge of strengthening Jojo Bragais’ collaborations with local pageants, ensuring consistent brand visibility, and fostering strong partnerships with regional organizers and event partners. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with local pageant organizers, event coordinators, and partner institutions. Identify new partnership opportunities and present creative collaboration proposals. Manage and oversee partnership agreements, sponsorships, and promotional collaborations under the LPPP. Serve as the main point of contact for all local pageant partners. Coordinate event logistics, program calendars, and activation plans to ensure smooth and timely execution. Ensure brand alignment in all partnered local pageants and related activities. Assist in developing content and promotional materials to highlight LPPP partnerships. Attend local pageants or events as a brand representative, with occasional travel as needed. Qualifications: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Background in sales, event coordination, partnerships, marketing, or public relations is a strong advantage. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Confident, professional, and proactive in dealing with partners and external stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms.
