Role overview and scope: This position involves handling end-to-end accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external vendors, adherence to internal controls, and contributing to month-end close and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice verification, coding, approvals, and payment processing.
  • Manage corporate card accounts, vendor relations, and resolve discrepancies across purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and sub-ledgers, ensuring timely and accurate postings across currencies and ledgers.
  • Support month-end and year-end close, including accruals, reporting, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate historical records, respond to AP queries, and ensure compliance with governance and internal controls.
  • Assist with global billing, multi-currency transactions, tax requirements (VAT, GST, WHT), and ERP system usage (e.g., Oracle Accounts Payable, SAP Concur, Oracle iProcurement).
  • Produce reports and KPIs to monitor performance and support decision making.
  • Participate in process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of Accounts Payable experience.
  • Experience in high-volume, accurate AP ledgers; strong understanding of accounting principles for software/financial services industries preferred.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP Concur, Oracle Financials, Oracle E-Business Suite) and MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Knowledge of multi-currency, international tax issues (VAT, GST, WHT) and global billing processes.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA is a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to work night shifts or flexible hours as required by business needs; some roles require relocation to specific sites.
Preferred/Additional Details
  • Experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, or other ticketing tools is advantageous.
  • Experience with real estate or financial services sectors and international AP transactions is valued.
  • Location-specific postings may require on-site presence in Quezon City, Makati, or Taguig depending on the role.
