Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts
  • Maintain the general ledger and bank reconciliation
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes
  • Prepare account analysis and reconciliations
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Prepare budgeting and forecasting reports
  • Assist with internal and external audits
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Identify process improvements and recommend solutions
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Research and resolve discrepancies in financial records
  • Maintain cash flow forecasting documents
  • Monitor and analyze financial data
  • Monitor corporate credit card usage
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, major in Accountancy
  • Proven experience as an Accounting Supervisor
  • Experience in financial reporting and creating financial statements
  • Strong personality with excellent management and leadership skills
  • Knowledge and experience in BIR reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
