Job Description

Application: SAP BI / BW Analyst – Global BI team support for SAP BW, BW admin, development, and monitoring of BI toolsets (Azure Data Factory, Power BI). Collaborates with SAP BI Reporting Analyst and with Functional, Security and Basis teams to ensure builds meet business needs and development standards. Training will be provided as needed. Flexible shifts including evenings and weekends with on-call for high-priority issues.

• Responsibilities – SAP BW
• Day-to-day development and administration of SAP BW systems
• End-user support for BW BEx reports and training on reporting features
• Develop and modify BW landscape objects with Global BI approval
• Develop and modify SAP BEx Queries and Workbooks
• Monitor process chains and loading issues
• Manual data loads as required
• Coordinate testing with Application Support – SAP BI Reporting Analyst
• Coordinate with Basis and Security as needed
• Enhance monitoring of Business Objects; review error logs
• Research OSS notes and implement corrections; maintain BW documentation
• Maintain BW object documentation in English and support change management
