Responsibilities Manage the Company’s strategic compliance with Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN), Congressional Franchise, policies, rules and regulations. Manage the Company’s representation before the National Telecommunications Commission, the Department of Information and Communications Technology and other agencies in the Executive Branch as may be relevant to the CPCN and the Congressional Franchise. Determine prospective collaborations with other players in the telecommunications industry and the ICT stakeholders towards the development of the whole industry while protecting the interests of the Company. Manage internal and external coordination for the purpose of compliance with existing policies, rules and regulations. Represent the Company in all proceedings before the National Telecommunications Commission, the Department of Information and Communications Technology and other agencies as may be directed by the management. Assist in resolving complaints and addressing fraud-related matters pursuant to existing policies, rules and regulations.
