Responsibilities
  • Oversee financial management activities including budget planning, forecasting, financial reporting, audit preparation, and full P&L ownership
  • Lead cross-functional teams such as Recruitment, Training, Quality, HR, and IT to enhance service delivery and implement productivity initiatives
  • Contribute to strategic organizational planning and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Manage senior operations staff and drive operational excellence across multiple business lines
  • Lead complex client engagements, ensuring high-quality service delivery and maintaining strong client relationships
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a senior managerial role within the BPO industry
  • Proven ability to manage large teams and multiple business lines
  • Preferably experienced in customer service operations
  • Willing to work onsite in Cebu IT Park
