Job Summary The Recruiter works closely with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and meet recruitment goals. This role manages the full recruitment cycle, maintains a talent pipeline, and supports the implementation of hiring strategies. It also involves actively sourcing candidates through digital platforms. The position reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with department managers to define job requirements and role expectations. Create and publish job postings across relevant platforms. Implement a variety of sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Review applications, facilitate interview processes, and manage job offers. Maintain and update a robust candidate database. Build and nurture partnerships with universities and academic institutions. Organize and oversee internship programs and campus recruitment initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field With at least five (5) years of recruitment experience. Proficient in productivity tools, database management, and online sourcing techniques. Experienced in conducting interviews across various formats and willing to travel for recruitment events.
