Responsibilities
- Monitors the preparation, implementation and completion of various work stages related to the construction of the assigned projects.
- Responsible for ensuring that review and revisions of Plans, Designs and Specifications were conducted by the Design Review group from Design Development (DD) up to For Construction Drawings (FCD).
- Oversee, facilitate and participate in the conduct and discussion of value engineering and identification of cost saving items for the implementation of the projects.
- Identify and secure applicable permits, clearances and certifications required during project construction & post-construction stages. Ensure that all projects permit, clearances and certifications are valid and necessary.
- Facilitate the conduction of pre-bid meetings and technical clarificatory meetings.
- Helps in the preparation, preliminary review, assessment and evaluation for adequacy of the Contract Agreements, Letter of Awards (LOA) and Notice to Proceed (NTP) provisions and its required annexes and/or attachments for the assigned project.
- Prepare and submit on-time the Weekly and Monthly Reports including periodic Monthly Project Update (MPU) and Percentage of Completion (POC) Certification for Accounting Reports. Issues shall be identified, and action plans are to be established, and issues are closed.
- Facilitate the regular Weekly and Monthly PM Meetings including the required project walkthrough site inspections. Issues shall be identified, documented and action plans are established followed-up arid reviewed for effectiveness.
- Communication and Coordination: Serve as the primary communication link between all project stakeholders. Facilitate regular update meetings and ensure transparency in project status, challenges, and changes.
- Facilitates emergency meetings with concerned members of the Project Team, Contractors and Suppliers to clarify emergency issues and strategize approaches to resolve them.
- Promotes an accident-free workplace of the project and its compliance with applicable health and safety statutory and legal laws and requirements.
- Ensures QA/QC inspection on workmanship is performed on completed project works at each phase of the project including closures of rectification issues/words prior to turnover and acceptance.
- Oversea assessment, evaluation and approval of project billings (Contractors & Suppliers) in compliance with the SAP billing procedures.
- Oversea and responsible for the implementation and completion of the punch list items.
- Manages and implements the project management activities that will lead to the attainment of the established project KRAs under his/her assigned project Attend and participate in the regular review, assessment and evaluation of projects KRAs.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets, with a clear process for adjustment to handle changes efficiently.
- Change Management Leadership. Lead a change management process, ensuring all changes are assessed for impact on scope, schedule, and budget, and communicated effectively to all stakeholders.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Graduate of BS Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years in Land Development.
- A licensed Civil Engineer is required.
- Construction Management, Planning and Site Supervision.
- Candidates must be willing to work onsite at MOA Complex, Pasay City.
