Mga Tungkulin at Responsibilidad 1. Sinusuri ang mga detalye ng order ng customer gamit ang mga order sa trabaho upang matukoy ang mga katangian ng tapos na item, mga materyales na gagamitin, at mga kinakailangan sa pag-setup ng makina. 2. Gumagawa ng piraso ng trabaho ayon sa tinutukoy ng mga detalye ng order ng trabaho. Kinukuha ang mga tamang materyales at gumaganap ng iba't ibang tungkulin sa paggawa. 3. Sinusuri ang work piece nang biswal, o sa pamamagitan ng pagpindot, upang matiyak na nakakatugon ang produkto sa mga gustong pamantayan. 4. Pagpapatakbo ng makinarya - kailangang mapanatili ang makinarya sa mga pamantayan, magtakda ng mga punto, programming, mag-adjust sa iba't ibang uri ng produkto, at magsagawa ng preventative maintenance na kinakailangan. 5. Pinapanatili ang kondisyon ng lugar ng trabaho (ibig sabihin, walang basura, produkto sa tamang lokasyon, atbp.). 6. Sumusunod sa mga patakaran at pamamaraan sa kaligtasan ng kumpanya. 7. Gumagawa ng iba pang mga tungkulin ayon sa itinalaga. 8. Pinipili ang mga tamang proseso mula sa malinaw na inireseta na mga panuntunan, mga nakaraang kasanayan, o pagtuturo. Humingi ng payo at patnubay sa mga lugar na hindi karaniwan o problema mula sa superbisor. Ang mga paglihis mula sa pamantayan ay nililimas ng superbisor. 9. Karaniwang nagsasangkot ng mga detalyadong pagsusuri sa kalidad at pamamaraan ang trabaho sa isang senior na katrabaho at/o superbisor. 10. Nagagawa ang mga operasyon at misyon ng kumpanya sa pamamagitan ng pagkumpleto ng mga nauugnay na resulta kung kinakailangan. 11. Pagbibigay ng kontribusyon na makamit ang mga layunin ng organisasyon. 12. Pagbuo at pagpapatupad ng timeline para makamit ang mga target. 13. Nag-aambag sa paglago ng kumpanya sa pamamagitan ng maayos na unity ng iyong Team. Mga Kinakailangan at Kwalipikasyon II. Karanasan sa mga gamit sa Production. III.
