Assistant Vice President at Security Bank | OD and TA practitioner

About the Role:

The Employer Branding Officer will spearhead, design, and implement high-impact talent acquisition programs and initiatives from the ground up to ensure that we attract top talents that is right for the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Be in charge of developing long-term partnerships with external parties to promote, brand, and establish Security Bank as an Employer of Choice across platforms and mediums.
  • Oversee the creation of social media contents and analyze trends and performance.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing to update our brand voice and message for broader relatability.
  • Create and design programs related to talent attraction.
Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Attraction, Digital Marketing, Organization Development, or Employer Branding.
  • Knowledgeable in navigating social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Highly creative with strong aesthetics to initiate recruitment marketing and employer branding programs.
  • Comfortable creating high-impact presentations using Canva or PowerPoint.
  • Experience engaging, presenting to, and collaborating with senior business leaders.
  • Strong work ethic; able to work independently in cross-functional teams.
