Live Operation Strategist - E-Commerce (Philippines) ByteDance, Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Responsibilities Business Strategy – use data analysis, user research, and desk research to identify problems and opportunities, formulate high‑ROI and industry‑leading strategies, and deliver breakthrough business results. Business Operations – implement strategies, track data, make timely adjustments based on market changes, collaborate with other teams, and achieve final business outcomes. Product Operations – gather merchant and cross‑team requirements, design product requirements based on business needs, and work with product and other teams to ensure successful delivery. Project Management – conduct effective project management, communication, and collaboration to ensure projects progress smoothly and on time, achieving final results. Qualifications Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field; excellent structured and logical thinking skills; strong data‑driven mindset and analytical skills; strong communication skills with cross‑team collaboration ability.
