Join to apply for the Compliance Supervisor role at Johnson & Johnson . Location: Paranaque City, Philippines. Working hours: 3:00 pm to 12:00 am, with flexibility for morning/night shifts as needed. The Compliance Supervisor will increase responsibility in ensuring J&J processes, systems, and operations comply with internal standards and external regulations, supporting Risk Management and Reporting, Due Diligence Reviews, Remediation & Corrective Action Planning, and other compliance support to Finance/Accounting. Responsibilities Liaise and provide compliance status related to issues, policies, procedures and recommendation as necessary to supervisor and stakeholders. Fulfill compliance requirements, including SOX key dates and corporate requirements as per Compliance SLA with sectors. Complete all standard Compliance document requirements – RCM, Hand-off's, SOPs, and submission of required SOX templates (system inventory templates, SOX questionnaires). Performs advisory and consultation related to accounting standards interpretation and implementation, adoption of new control requirements as per ICH, WWP and DTPs. Assist in internal audit / risk‑based reviews support coordination by partnering with key business stakeholders, SOX Compliance and Global Audit & Assurance team to identify and remediate control gaps. Partner with Global Project Team to provide compliance support through country deployments to enhance controls via standardized tools & reports. Partner with other members of the Compliance team on formulation of responses to corporate audits to address audit observations. Collaborate with stakeholders in identifying and implementing corrective actions, ensuring effective and timely completion. Identify compliance risks in processes and controls and help ensure such risks are addressed. Help oversee operational compliance to internal policies and procedures to assure processes operate under control and in line with laws, regulations, and policy. Coordinate compliance training as required and support implementation of policies and standards across all sites within scope. Manage multiple projects, prioritizing and adapting to business needs as required. Perform other ad‑hoc responsibilities as required. Qualifications University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent with subject matter expertise in Accounting / Finance, or related business field. Relevant professional certification(s) strongly preferred (e.g., CPA, CMA etc.). Experience in SOX 404/Internal controls is a plus. Generally requires 5‑8 Years Work Experience, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience in Internal or External Audit and/or compliance function. As part of our company’s growth and expansion plans, we are preparing to relocate to a new office in BGC, Taguig City, tentatively by Q2 2026.
