  • Oversee and monitor all customer service-related concerns on a monthly basis.
  • Monitor internal collection activities and ensure timely reporting each month.
  • Track and evaluate customer feedback and suggestions to improve service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer inquiries, complaints, and the actions taken to address them.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with relevant internal departments to address customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Provide clear explanations, solutions, and guidance to customers to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Prepare and submit regular performance reports on customer service metrics monthly.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of any four-year Business Course
  • Must have product and process knowledge
  • Possesses excellent communication and listening skills
  • With professional attitude and strong work ethics
  • Has the ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients
  • Computer proficient, especially Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Note: This position is on-site in Pasig. If the position requires travel or overseas work, ensure compliance with applicable requirements and be vigilant for fraud.
