Responsibilities:

• Build and launch emails, landing pages, and popups using marketing tools.
• Set up and manage marketing automations and email sequences.
• Implement and manage A/B tests across funnels and pages.
• Monitor performance metrics and recommend data-driven optimizations.
• Troubleshoot and QA funnel components prior to go-live.
• Create and maintain marketing dashboards (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM).
• Deliver regular performance reports on campaigns, automations, and tests.
• Track key conversion metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage and maintain integrations across tools (Zapier, CRMs, etc.).
• Ensure systems are documented and workflows are up-to-date.
• Collaborate with founders to streamline backend delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proven backend marketing implementation experience; not just strategy.
• Knowledge of tools like Ontraport (or similar), Wisepops, and Google Analytics.
• Experience building landing pages, setting up automations, and executing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in execution.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and CRO.
• Ability to create clear SOPs for marketing systems.
• Comfort working autonomously and proactively managing deliverables.
