Onsite, M-F, 8 am – 5 pm
Job description
Responsibilities:
1. Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.
2. Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
3. Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
4. Presenting data to managers, investors, and other entities.
5. Maintaining accurate financial records.
6. Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
7. Computing taxes.
8. Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
Requirements:
• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any Accounting or related courses.
• Proficiency in financial statement preparation and month-end/year-end closing procedures
• Proficient in MS Excel and knowledgeable in Accounting/ERP Software (QuickBooks)
• With strong analytical skills and highly detail-oriented
• Can work immediately
• With at least 3 years work related experience in all facets of accounting.
• Computer literate
• Honest, Hardworking, Organized,
• Willing to work extended hours to be assigned in Mandaluyong City area.
