Cebu Pacific Cabin Services Support role with a focus on records and administration within the Customer Service Operations team. Responsibilities Update APE results (Fit to Fly Certificate) and Medical Certificates in AIMS; ensure scanning and filing. Coordinate with HRD on maternity and sick leave attendance and check-ins. Prepare and encode APE request letters, Fit to Fly Certificates, and official letters for resigned Cabin Crew. Email People Department for timely distribution of uniforms and equipment. Oversee distribution and monthly inventory of crew uniforms and accessories; ensure accurate deliveries and receipt filing. Manage fun flight prizes, including documentation of damages and weekly monitoring to prevent losses. Update Cabin Crew information in AIMS, including API registration, visa, and bank details. Handle Chinese Visa applications and assist with regulatory manual submissions; ensure distribution of updates to all relevant personnel. Qualifications Graduate of a bachelor’s degree - preferably in psychology, business administration, tourism management or any related field Preferably with 2-4 years administrative experience in an airline industry Must have intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office applications Must be a good communicator (verbal and written) with good interpersonal skills; can deal and manage different personalities Must be organized (with a keen attention for details) and comfortable working within timelines/deadlines Employment details This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
