Overview
HIRING Sales Support Officer. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the sales process and relationship management.
Responsibilities- Customer Support: Point of Contact for existing clients regarding medical/HMO services.
- Provide information on plan benefits, eligibility, enrollment, and availment procedures.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and data entry.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.
- Coordinate communications between sales and other departments.
- Support lead generation and follow-up processes.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in inside sales or support roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong sales strategy and management skills, key account management, and exceptional organizational abilities.
- Working Conditions: Office-based role, collaborative environment with potential for remote work.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent communicator, and adept at problem-solving.
- Must have a background in HMO/medical insurance products for Financial Insurance sales support.
