Main purpose of the job We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive,and supportive Planning & Analytics Team leader to join our team In this role, you will support day-to-day planning operations by managing data tools, ensuring reporting accuracy, and facilitating effective communication across teams. Support projects across HelloFresh’s brand portfolio in partnership with the PMO team by preparing presentations and providing relevant data and insights.You will be responsible for overseeing, coaching, and guiding a team of coordinators, ensuring deliverables are met while helping facilitate their continued development. This position is critical to maintaining smooth planning & analytical processes and supporting decision-making with accurate, timely data insights. Responsibilities and duties Lead and manage a team of coordinators, fostering a positive team culture, driving performance improvements, and ensuring continuous development through regular coaching and feedback sessions. Coordinate and delegate tasks effectively to foster collaboration, ensure team alignment, and drive progress toward shared objectives. Ensure timely project delivery by prioritizing tasks, organizing workflows, and tracking progress using tools like JIRA to proactively overcome obstacles Monitor forecasts and plans for fluctuations or significant deviations, and communicate insights clearly to the planning team Perform insightful analyses and deliver clear presentations by leveraging Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Tableau, while also possessing practical skills in reading and writing SQL queries for database interaction Collaborate across departments to ensure projects align with organizational goals Why work for us?
