Logistics Analyst

About the Role: We are looking for a Logistics Analyst who will be responsible for optimizing the flow of cars and parts across the supply chain. This role ensures product availability, minimizes storage costs, and enhances the overall efficiency of logistics operations through data-driven analysis and continuous process improvement.

Amenable to working in Laguna and BGC, Taguig

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage and monitor inventory levels across all locations to maintain optimal stock.
  • Conduct regular audits and reconcile physical inventory against system records.
  • Analyze sales data, trends, and historical records for accurate demand forecasting.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align inventory with market demand.
  • Review transportation costs, delivery schedules, and carrier performance to identify improvements.
  • Recommend and implement strategies to reduce logistics expenses and improve efficiency.
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards to track supply chain performance.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on inventory, logistics, and cost analysis.
  • Identify and recommend improvements in logistics and inventory processes.
  • Utilize ERP/logistics management software to streamline operations.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in logistics, inventory, or supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions), PowerBI, and ERP/logistics systems.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory management, and logistics principles.
