Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business and technical requirements related to supply chain systems and translate them into effective test plans and test cases.
  • Design and execute manual and automated test scenarios across procurement, inventory, logistics, and order management modules.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and supply chain stakeholders to validate features and resolve issues.
  • Log, track, and manage defects in the defect tracking system; ensure timely resolution.
  • Perform integration, regression, system, and UAT testing activities in Agile or Waterfall environments.
  • Ensure test data coverage and work with cross-functional teams to maintain data consistency.
  • Provide support during go-live and post-implementation phases to ensure application stability.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for QA processes, tools, and standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in software testing, preferably in supply chain-related applications (ERP, WMS, TMS, or SCM systems).
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes including procurement, warehouse management, and inventory tracking.
  • Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases.
  • Knowledge of testing tools such as JIRA, ALM, TestRail, or Zephyr.
  • Familiarity with SQL for data validation and backend testing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM, SAP, or other enterprise-level supply chain platforms.
  • Exposure to test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT).
  • Experience working in Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
  • ISTQB certification or equivalent.
