Identity and Access Management Specialist

Join our Identity Management Team as a User Access Management Specialist , where you will play a key role in processing and executing user access management activities for both internal and external clients across financial applications and directory services.
This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic, complex international environment that is both stimulating and supportive. As a dedicated team player, you will ensure that access provisioning follows defined procedures and security policy principles.

Your key tasks
- Serve as an identity administrator for daily operational tasks.
- Ensure all requests are properly authorized before execution.
- Execute daily user profile and security functions for critical banking services.
- Perform control activities as outlined in the authorization management process.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in user management.
- Strong communication and client service skills.
- Knowledge of the Avaloq Core Platform is an advantage but not required.
