DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Design and manage workforce development programs aligned to the company's services Lifecycle configure. Coordinate with HR L&D, Technology Groups, and TGI for training and certification planning. Implement and monitor social and experiential learning initiatives (Buddy System, Job Shadowing, Tech Talks, Capstones). Oversee onboarding content consistency (service lifecycle, cultural alignment, regional readiness). Develop and maintain learning frameworks, templates, and governance processes. Track progress and produce capability reports and dashboards using LMS Platform (SkillStation) Lead reviews and continuous improvement cycles for all WDP-related initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS A. Minimum Education Bachelor’s Degree inHuman Resource Development, Psychology, Education, Business Management, or Information Technology. Preferably withcertification in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Project Management (e.g., CIPD, ATD, PMI, or SFIA-based programs). B. Experience and Training At least3 years of progressive experience in learning and development, capability building, or workforce planning roles. Experience indesigning or implementing 70:20:10 or competency-based learning programs. Hands-on experience withLMS/LXP platforms (e.g., SkillStation, Moodle, SuccessFactors). Preferably withexposure to IT or technology-driven organizations and cross-functional collaboration. C. Competency Strong understanding of Learning & Development frameworks (70:20:10, Kirkpatrick, ADDIE). Familiarity with SFIA or similar competency frameworks. Experience in workforce or capability development program management. Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with SkillStation or other LMS/LXP platforms. Strategic thinking and attention to detail.
