OFFICE: REGIONAL TRAINING CENTER - BATANGAS, REGION IV-A
SALARY: Php 24,381.00PERA: Php 2,000.00
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
(30%) Coordinate and monitor the implementation of programs, services and activities related to Human Resource Management;(25%) Maintains the filing system and records management of the center in accordance to TESDA Quality Management Systems (incoming and outgoing communications) ;(20%) Operates the computer in encoding and printing data from source documents;(15%) Design programs and projects in all areas of human resource development; and(10%) Performs other related functions.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education : Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the jobExperience : 1 year relevant experienceTraining : 4 hours of relevant trainingsEligibility : Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Good in oral and written communications/Technical Writing- Working knowledge of MS Office Applications- Good inter-personal relationship and work attitude- Good moral character and work ethics- Can work under pressure

- Subordinates (if applicable)
- Clients (if applicable)
- Photocopy of National Certificate (NC) II;
- Photocopy of transcript of records/diploma; and
- Photocopy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
