Instructional Design Analyst The Instructional Design Analyst designs, delivers, and implements high-quality courses that improve the functional and leadership skills of advisors and leaders to achieve high sales performance to support the organization’s goal. He/She focuses on improving the learning culture of the Agency or a specific function by following the set guidelines in designing and developing courses. He/She should engage himself/herself in continuous professional development to be knowledgeable and skilled in the field of learning and development. Preferred skills Learning theories and principles Visual design and creativity Strong communication, project management, and budgeting skills Attention to details and organizational skills Qualifications Bachelor’s degree related to education, educational technology, instructional design, or learning and development; or 3 years professional experience in training and development, e-learning, or teaching Certification is a plus Responsibilities Course Design & Development Function Design and develop instructor-led courses, eLearning courses and supplementary materials that are aligned with the training requirements using sound instructional design and adult learning theories and principles Incorporate new learning strategies, tools, and technologies in designing and developing courses and supplementary materials Follow the set standard process and guidelines in designing and developing courses and supplementary materials Evaluate course effectiveness through evaluation survey to gather feedback and concerns from advisors and leaders Review and revise content for courses and supplementary materials Other Functions Collaborate with the Instructional Design Manager to develop and implement learning strategies to meet the learning requirements of a specific function or the Agency Provide support to the Instructional Design Manager in delivering high-quality courses on time and onboarding new instructional designers Manage projects in the pipeline using a project calendar and the required budget for acquiring new tools and technologies Recommend initiatives to the Instructional Design Manager that may require changes to the current processes in delivering and implementing any learning solutions Ensure compliance to policies and regulations of Sun Life and the Insurance Commission (IC) Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Training, Distribution, and Sales Industries: Financial Services and Insurance Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Sun Life by 2x Get notified about new Instructional Design Specialist jobs in Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines . #J-18808-Ljbffr
