Join QIMA as a Process Improvement Engineer Intern to deploy AI solutions and optimize operations in a global quality control company. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Deploy AI solutions into Operations processes and support concept testing using in-house AI tools. Work with tech teams to deploy and optimize AI-driven solutions. Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in workflows and propose tech-driven improvements. Brainstorm ideas with team members and operations counterparts. Collaborate closely with employees, operations managers, IT staff, and other stakeholders to align automation initiatives with business objectives. Document methodologies, models, and processes; provide regular progress reports to senior management. Support continuous improvement by understanding key tools and applications and assisting in the design of new developments and features. About You The company is looking for: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT/Technology, Quality, Mathematics, or a related field. Proficient in English (spoken and written). Interest or experience in consumer goods, supply chain, quality control, or operations is a plus. Good IT skills and comfortable using digital tools. Able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, eager to learn, and ready to tackle new challenges. Training & Development Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global company and work closely with experienced professionals to better understand operations management, supply chain, and client support.
