Overview Technology Engineer is responsible in assisting his/her team in the implementation or support activities for the client. The role includes working with different groups including the Sales Business Units, Implementation and Support Teams, Project Team, and Service Delivery Team, to fulfill the service delivery to the client. Responsibilities Implementation and Support Activities: Assist the team in any implementation and support activities for the client. May provide service as onsite support engineer to certain clients as deemed necessary. Products/Technology Assigned: May be assigned to any of the Network Infrastructure or Security products/technology handled by the group. Continuous Learning: Learn and gain hands-on experience in products and solutions assigned thru training sessions, workshops, and learnings from senior team members. Job Tools: Use essential job tools and applications diligently in performance of duties. Properly update and close all assigned Service Desk cases as fast, timely and efficiently as possible. Qualifications A graduate of any 4-year/5-year IT related courses: BS in Electronics Engineering BS in Electronics and Communications Engineering BS in Information Technology BS in Computer Engineering BS in Computer Science BS in Information System Working conditions May extend work hours to fulfill customer requirements. May also be assigned to a shifting schedule as deemed necessary.
