We’re looking for an exceptional Property Management Assistant to support our leadership team while also contributing to our social media presence. If you have experience in the U.S. real estate or property management industry and are comfortable with tools like Hubspot and AppFolio, we’d love to connect with you

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level executive support, including calendar management, email correspondence, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Assist with property management-related administrative tasks, such as managing listings, preparing contracts, and maintaining compliance
  • Utilize Hubspot to manage CRM and social media campaigns (preferred)
  • Use AppFolio to manage property information, payments, and tenant communications (preferred)
  • Answer and manage client phone calls with professionalism, addressing inquiries or routing them to the appropriate person
Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with confidence in handling client and tenant phone calls
  • Actual experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the U.S. real estate or property management industry
  • Familiarity with Hubspot and/or AppFolio (preferred)
  • Available to work in US time zones (graveyard shift in the Philippines)
  • Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer
Technical Requirements
  • Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
  • Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
  • Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
  • Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with Hubspot and/or AppFolio (preferred)
