- Gather customer feedback from Sales Specialists on product performance, and relay this information to the Technical team for continuous improvement.
-Ensure that graphic designers' output, including marketing materials and product documentation, aligns with product specifications and customer requirements.
-Provide product development updates to Sales Specialist.
-Provide a tentative date of arrival of cylinders to the Sales Planner.
-Efficiently handle customer complaints, understanding their concerns and needs, while also relaying complex technical complaints to the Technical department for in-depth analysis and resolution, ensuring prompt and effective feedback responses with well-considered solutions.
